RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We want you to love your jewelry and hats. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please email us within seven (7) days of receiving the item.
Return Guidelines:
~Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within the 7 day window if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging.
~We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
~Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom items, sale items, gift cards or international purchases.
~Due to the natural properties of copper and its tendency to develop a patina, slight variations in color over time are not considered defects.
~Returns due to allergic reactions are not accepted. If you have a known sensitivity to copper or metal alloys, we recommend purchasing our sterling silver version instead.
~Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the store credit issued.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@delafuentedesign.com within seven (7) days of receiving your item with your order number and details. All return and exchange requests will be reviewed before approval.
